Lifestyle Expo 2016 brings Cairo the latest in health trends and advice

Between 22 and 24 March 2016, Pure Spot Congress and Event Organizers will host the Lifestyle Expo 2016 at InterContinental City Stars Cairo.

The expo will showcase the latest trends and innovations in the health, nutrition, fitness, bodybuilding and lifestyle industries.

The three-day event will be the meeting place for many professionals and medical and fitness experts, including: nutritionist Dr. Mona Radamis, health consultant and development expert Professor Mersal Ibrahim, coach Nour Khattab from Titans Gym, and bodybuilder and champion Mohamed Zakaria, all of whom will give on-stage talks and hold discussions.

Other speakers at the event include makeup artist Dina Ragheb,Dr. Mohamed Emad from Whity Dental Center, Sandra Shama from YallaYoga, Nanees Sleem, andcoach Amany Taher.

Attendees will get to see live stage activities, enjoy games, and receive vouchers and gifts. They can also interact with experts discussing nutrition and how to lead a healthy lifestyle as well as indulge in samples of new and tasty products provided by the event’s sponsors.

In addition, attendees will see a live Zumba performance, a workout that brings together dancing with fitness, all while burning calories, improving one’s mood and having fun.
