Narrowing the gap between the unemployed and the employer, Tashkeel – an event management organization – has launched its first job fair & summit that contained more than 40 organizations parallel to around 11 speakers providing advice to people.
The diversity of organization was very clear as there were organizations in the field of banking, training, recruitment, construction, airlines, as well as well-known organizations and new emerging ones.
The speakers tackled several themes like interviews questions, CV writing, career development, working in multinationals and more sessions regarding the employment market.
The seminar / job fair was held in Land of Exhibitions for two days.
“It was a very smart move to create the seminar within the job fair” The attendees learnt much from the seminars as the speakers acted as their mentors. They guided them, answered their questions and some opened the door for training and recruitment opportunities.
With the launching of Cairo Career Summit, Tashkeel has launched an employment magazine that contains the most recent and exclusive job opportunities.
