“A Dead Employee” is a project that many organizations are working on, and they achieve the end of year net revenue. This project works in 2 directions; firstly between different collars, and secondly between the same collar.

This project is a hidden one. Organizations don’t insist on achieving it; it only exists because decision makers purely measure the company’s achievement by the following standards only:

The net revenue.

The number of designs and logos.

The different kinds of advertising tools.

The number of followers on social media.

Between Different Collars:

Business owners who seek goal achievement, higher net revenue, more logos and better social standards tend to forget about the employee’s rights of having a suitable work environment to develop, create or even feel safe towards the organization. It ends up turning any kind of employee to a tool doing what he/she did yesterday, doing today’s and tomorrow’s same work in the same cycle. There is the same stress of “if you don’t like it others wish your position.” Although that the employee’s qualifications are higher than this donkey worker, but the unfavorable work environment commanded so!

Between the Same Collars:

This is where mostly the project is having a higher effect; it is between the same collars! The same teammates who work in the same department start to change into sly hidden enemies. They start to grapple and follow their personal ego.

These 2 directions are working on killing any smartness and willingness of the passionate employee. This is because the existence of the HR in this organization is even a person who is only working on observing who is late, who wants a vacation and who misused the office resources. Hence, he/she misses the harmony that the HR used to do, and this is enough to kill any employee and to kill the all smartness and willingness. Actually it kills employees even if the organization can replace them with thousands of unemployed people who can do the same job… so congratulations SIR!! If you don’t go back to your organization and you are not moving forward, you will stay at the same zone, and of course there are fewer logos on the long run!!! Remember that people pay millions for goodwill and you are amazing at having different methods to kill it and your employee. Finally thank you for let me saying,

“I am a dead Employee.”
