Life has always been a highly demanding curiosity, but ever wondered how can CIA make you a successful person in your career?! Believe it or not, I can make you be sure that CIA will turn your dreams, most likely  to  a reality; encouraging many dreamers to be their own bosses and get their dream job without even knowing it !!! Let us get further into understanding how this can happen.

Dreams, hopes and purposes to help us going on our lives. We fall into desperation, from time to time, where we no longer achieve what we have purposed from the very beginning. Nevertheless, hold on tightly because the CIA model is ready to help you get there.

Initially, CIA stands for Confidence, Interest and Aptitude. That is the truth. These three components will be the most sufficient success keys if you get them right and chase them carefully throughout your life.

 From Left to right: So far, you may have encountered some kinds of people who believe in themselves. Additionally, this faith leads them to take part in new adventures. They acquire new interests in these adventures. Most of us regard them as confident and interesting individuals. What matters is that they are not instructed aptly before they show interest in something.

This gap results in disappointment or undesired outcomes. Why does this happen? Because, before everything else, it is a strongly held notion that each person is born with innate capabilities. What is important is to help people to uncover their innate aptitude and capacity. Regardless of how much interest and confidence you demonstrate, if you work on something which is neither relevant to your interests nor characteristics, you will definitely move some steps forward. However, let us accept that if you are able to put three steps together instead of one, you should not regard this one step as reasonable progress. Therefore, first you need to find out what you are talented at, and then show interest in your skills that are relevant to this talent. Finally, you should make it a reality. You have to be confident in your position in order to be persistent and dedicated to your purpose since confidence will prompt you to start and move gradually towards your ultimate target.

From Right to left: Some people are quite aware about their own talent. They have discovered this talent long before starting something in their lives; thanks to their helpful parents, teachers and many others who have been interested in something because of their innate human nature. However, people do not have enough confidence to trigger their curiosity and interest. This shortage of confidence holds them back from initiating what they are willing to do. In other words, in order to achieve a career success, people should unify all of these features. They need to fill in the gaps. They should put all the required pieces together to get what we have targeted. In order to attain the fully desired progress – no matter what your age is or what your job is and if you are a passionate chaser of success or not – you have to consider those three features. I am not going to go into details about how to discover your talent, where to show interest and how to grow your self-confidence. You may find helpful information about these topics in articles and books or in the internet. Nevertheless, this article is not finished yet. Please observe the following paragraph:

Next phases: To make it clear, it is not enough to be knowledgeable about the aforementioned terms. Even if you have discovered your innate talent, in turn, find something to get interested in. Let us say, with initial confidence you turned this interest into a skill.

Get closer… I have a secret to tell you: “That is not enough for success”. Believe it or not, you have to take it to the next level. Just like the above. Take a deep look at them. You have to be self-confident which means you are no more in need for someone or something to light or pump your confidence each time. Self-confident people always shine with confidence. To be passionate, it means that you are internally connected to your interest. As previously mentioned, doing something that is relevant to your nature is not enough. You have to be talented at what you do. Talent is your credit, which demonstrates your capacity of doing things and the potential by which you will do it more efficiently in the future.
