Mr. Ahmed Badr – an internationally certified Organization and Management Development Consultant working in the fields of Organization re-structuring, Management Training and Human Resources Systems Development for companies since 1993 – is highlighting the issue of “employee engagement” and connecting it to the various levels of productions and seniority in the work cycle.

On the 23rd of January 2016 (Saturday) Mr. Ahmed Badr will be conducting a comprehensive workshop regarding the Organizational Engagement Practices taking place in Hilton Corniche, Alexandria.

In depth his workshop will include topics starting from self-motivation, into understanding what are the different management levels, to communication and dealing with team members, then building and motivating your own team, and eventually how to link all this to the global strategy of the organization. The workshop specifically revolves around the importance of Human Capital and how to invest in it, and the keys to make it continuously develop and grow.

This event is organized by AHRA (Alexandria Human Resources Association – www.ahra-eg.org) and there is a discount rate for its members. AHRA has been focusing on launching HR seminars mainly in Alexandria to enrich the society of HR and to always give a chance to those who want to professionally get involved in the field of HR.
